Annual General Meeting
An annual general meeting (AGM) is our mandatory yearly gathering of Downtown Mission's interested shareholders. At our AGM, the directors of the company will present an annual report containing information for shareholders about the our performance and strategy.

A call for Board of Director Nominations will be open from March 3-21st, 2025.
If you are interested in joining our Board of Directors, you can complete the application form below and return it to our office before the deadline to be considered. Our Board will review the nominations in April and present the nominations to our AGM on June 18th. Please be prepared to stand for election at this meeting and reach out to Karley should you have any questions about the process or commitment.
